Workshops & Awareness Talks
Practical conversations that build understanding and confidence
Neurodiversity Spark’s workshops and awareness talks are designed to open dialogue, reduce uncertainty, and support organisations to take realistic next steps.
They are often used as a starting point within the Spark Pathway — particularly where organisations want to build shared understanding before moving into structured support.
What These Sessions Are
Our sessions are:
- lived-experience-led
- trauma-aware and inclusive by design
- grounded in real systems, not theory alone
They support participants to:
- understand neurodivergence in everyday contexts
- reflect on communication, expectations, and environment
- build confidence responding to difference
Session Formats
We offer:
- 1-hour and 2-hour awareness sessions
- half-day or extended workshops – tailored sessions shaped around sector and audience
Sessions are invitational rather than compliance-driven. Participants are not required to disclose personal information.
Who These Sessions Are For
Common audiences include:
- employers and managers
- HR, people, and wellbeing leads
- educators and youth services
- public-sector and community organisations
Examples of our work in practice
Take a look at some examples of our work in practice. They show how Spark delivers in real settings, and demonstrate approach and maturity, not inflated scale claims.
How This Fits the Spark Pathway
These sessions:
- are not intended as standalone fixes
- work best when connected to follow-on support
- often lead into Access the Expert, Mini Inclusion, or full-day training
We will always be clear about what a session can, and cannot, achieve.
Next Steps
If you’re considering a talk or workshop:
- we can help you clarify the right format
- discuss audience, context, and aims
- advise on proportionate next steps
No pressure. No upselling. Just clarity.
